User Feedback Audit

It's incredibly common for founders to spend a ton of time collecting user (or potential user) feedback, but much less time sitting down and looking at what patterns and themes are emerging. It makes sense - there are usually enough fires to put out at an early stage company that it can be hard to find the time to sit down, read all your random notes, and think deeply about what you should do long term.


If you've found yourself in that position, consider allowing me to audit your user feedback. Here's how it works:

• First, we do a 50-minute deep dive into your goals, target customers, most valuable customers, etc.
• Next, you give me access to whatever notes you have after talking to users - no matter how messy!
• I read through and organize your notes into a report detailing both larger themes and information about specific requests. This report is only a few steps away from a product roadmap.
• We do a final 50-minute session to talk through my findings.
